Working for one of the most prestigious hotels in the UK, the role for Reception Supervisor is one of the most important roles for providing memorable customer service as well as leaving a good impression for guests.

Responsibilities of the Reception Supervisor:
- Responsibility for all team members and ensuring they operate to the expected standard
- Training and coaching team members on the job
- Demonstrate ability to negotiate, persuade and deal with customer complaints
- Be able to demonstrate best practise to subordinates and lead by example
- Previous experience in hospitality and managing a team
- Polite and welcoming character, and well presented
- Ability to use Opera PMS and Microsoft Office
- Be available to work in an office environment
