Are you looking to start your career in education as an Classroom Assistant? Love supporting children? Live local to High Wycombe?

If so, we are recruiting a Classroom Assistant to work within a fantastic secondary school, located in the High Wycombe area.

This will be a full time role, from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm.

As a Classroom Assistant you will need to be confident supporting the child with their learning, development and personal growth.

The role:

Support a child with their learning and development as a Classroom Assistant
Contribute to creating a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment
Build a close bond with the child to ensure they feel comfortable both inside and outside the classroom
Communicate closely with colleagues to ensure progress of students is prioritised as a Classroom Assistant
Work 1:1 with the child to ensure they achieve their developmental milestones
