At this exciting time in the Trust's development, we are seeking to appoint a committed Trust Head of SEND and Inclusion.

The purpose of this role is to be a champion for inclusive provision for all young people including those with SEND across the Trust supporting our mission to deliver on equality of opportunity.

We are looking for someone who will promote diversity and celebrate people's differences and uniqueness to support the trust in ensuring that everyone is encouraged to retain their uniqueness and have a sense of belonging and being valued.

As Head of SEND and Inclusion you will be accountable for the progress and wellbeing of students with SEND, including those with an EHCP.

Ensuring that our students including those with SEND reach their potential academically and socially and become socially responsible young adults.

You will work directly with students and teachers to develop, and support SEND. Providing mentoring, coaching and guidance to teaching staff to deliver consistently highly effective learning, assessment and quality first teaching.

This role will be an integral support of the SLT and Inclusion Team in schools raising standards of learning, assessment and teaching across the Trust.

The Trust Head of SEND and Inclusion will research best practice and develop own skills to support and sustain excellence in learning, assessment and teaching, this will be including creating/joining a high performing network of colleagues outside of our Trust.

Interviews will take place on Thursday 25th May (afternoon) and Friday 26thMay (morning).
