HVAC Technician

Manchester

£28,000-£32,000 + Benefits
One of our key clients is currently seeking skilled HVAC technician to join their market leading team.

They monitor water hygiene and air quality helping companies throughout England and Wales remain compliant through planned maintenance programmes, riskassessment surveys and regular testing.

This is a rewarding role suited to an experienced ventilation technician, who is looking for the next step in an already successful career.

HVAC Technician Key Tasks & Duties:

Installation of fire dampers.
Install access doors and ducting.
Air Handling Unit maintenance.
To carry out service and repairs of HVAC heating and ventilation services, plant, and associated equipment.
The submittal of all paperwork in including timesheets, expenses, survey forms and job sheets.

Occasional tasks & Duties as Required:

Duct cleaning and disinfection of ductwork.
Grease readings and grease filter cleans.
Fire Damper Testing.

HVAC Technician Skills & Experience:

A full UK driving licence is essential for the role.
Previous experience of fire damper installations.
SVQ in Heating & Ventilation or similar.
Happy to work at height and in confined spaces.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Happy to work occasional nights and weekend shifts.
