An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a well established and busy independent office in Oxford.


Our client is a reputable brand who is extremely passionate about what they do and are looking for a like minded individual with experience in lettings.


The position will involve:

  • Administration
  • Canvassing
  • Viewing Generation
  • Market Appraisal Generation
  • Attending Viewings and Valuations
  • Landlord Care
  • Viewing Feedback
  • Previous lettings experience is a MUST
  • Full UK driving license
  • Self motivated and capable of working towards a target
  • Well presented
  • Knowledge of the Lettings Legislation would be desirable but not essential

Salary:
Basic £22k with an OTE of up to £30k

You will be highly motivated and driven and will enjoy being part of a successful and well established firm.
