Role:
Change Coordinator


Contract Length: 3 Months (Provisional)

Location:
Royston (Hybrid)


Core activities

  • Preparation of documentation for the Management of Change Lead and providing support to the initiators and facilitators by registering MOC and chase closures.
  • In collaboration with the maintenance planner, occasionally to forward Management of change submissions to get planned in for implementation.
  • Supports engineering departmental goals and objectives.
  • Documents to be stored appropriately in department where needed.
  • Inserting relevant data on the MOC register and KPI document to help with accurate monthly KPI reporting.
  • Help organise meetings.
  • Support MOC Co-Ordinator Lead where needed.
  • Complete all training where necessary for the role.

Scope:


  • Works independently on specific change tasks within required time frame with support available and regular checks by supervisor or senior colleague.
  • Independent liaison and communication with key business stakeholders to achieve change management requirements.

Special factors:


  • This role has single site responsibility, role will be very flexible for working from home, but site attendance will be needed under the discretion of Lead MOC Co-Ordinator.

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team to accomplish objectives
  • Strong Communicator and the ability to interact with staff on all levels
  • Good attention to detail and ability to record accurate information
  • Good Organisational skills
