The Business
A rapidly growing group of companies based on the outskirts of Newcastle.

The Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Finance Director to join a fast paced, friendly team.
This is a key role within the senior leadership team.

Duties will include:

Responsible for the financial management for the firm
Providing expert reporting and analysis
Creating efficient processes
Support with strategic decision making
Strong stakeholder engagement
Driving operational and reporting excellence of the finance function
Guiding the senior leadership on commercial finance matters, providing strategic analysis and advice
Lead all financial and capital planning.
Budgeting and forecasting
Cashflow management
Risk and compliance
Ensuring the Group's financial systems, controls, processes and practices are robust
Ensuring the Group meets all relevant financial regulatory and legal requirements
Reviewing financial performance
Audit

Criteria
ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified
Previous experience in a Law firm operating at a senior level or another regulated organisation.
Strategic thinking
Commercial acumen
Financial Analysis and modelling skills
Ability to present complex data
Strong management experience
Up to date knowledge of SRA would be advantageous

Hybrid working: 4 days in office and 1 day at home
