With our client based in the centre of Rochdale, we are looking to appoint a Stock Administrator to join a fast paced and growing business.

Working in small team you will be working across Stock Control/Stock Management and providing administrative support to the wider team.

Working hours will be Monday - Friday pm


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for stock levels and ordering any new stock and materials
  • Requesting and updating Purchase Orders
  • Assigning supplier invoices
  • Submitting stock reports and requesting stock deliveries
  • Assist with data entry
  • Review, maintain and produce reports
  • Requesting material and parcel collections
  • Day to day admin duties

Profile:


  • Looking for someone who is looking for a career move with strong communication skills
  • Must have good IT skills across Microsoft Office Packages including Excel
  • Team player
  • Proactive, collaboration and meticulous approach to work
  • Ideally has some experience working in an office admin environment
