Project Administrative Officer - Sector Support North East Lincolnshire
Salary:
£24,150
Hours:18 hours per week
Holidays:28 days plus statutory holidays - pro rata

Responsible to:
Delivery Manager - Sector Support North East Lincolnshire
Purpose of post:
To provide the Sector Support North East Lincolnshire team with comprehensive and efficient administrative support and to act as the first point of contact for external enquiries.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To provide general administration support to the wider Sector Support North East Lincolnshire Team.
- To signpost incoming telephone calls and correspondence to relevant agencies and staff.
- To support the maintenance of the Sector Support North East Lincolnshire website and the Sector Support North East Lincolnshire CRM system.
- To maintain Sector Support North East Lincolnshire members information and support.
- To support social media and external communications as and when required.
- To maintain appropriate office systems and procedures, including ordering stationery items and maintaining stock.
- To provide administrative support for the organisation of training courses and events on behalf of Sector Support North East Lincolnshire, including registration, room hire, catering and the production of course materials.
- To participate in relevant training and continuous professional development activity as agreed with line management.
- To participate in and contribute to Forum staff meetings, and internal organisational development events.
- To undertake any other duties commensurate with the post as may be required.

Business Support Officer - Sector Support North East Lincolnshire
Knowledge
- Understanding the work of Sector Support North East Lincolnshire and its projects
- Knowledge of the work of the wider voluntary and community sector
Skills and experience
- Experience of administration within an office environment
- Experience of managing enquiries from a range of different stakeholders
- Experience of supporting the organisation of events, training and conferences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
