Anderson Knight are currently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner for one of our long standing clients based in Renfrewshire.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and influencing strategic decision-making within the organisation.

Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you will provide financial insights, analysis, and guidance to drive business performance and profitability. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's financial success.

You must be a Qualified Accountant or a Part Qualified Finalist to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with various business units to understand their financial needs and objectives.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.
Monitor financial performance against targets and provide proactive recommendations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function.
Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified CA / CIMA / ACCA
Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
