THE ROLE


We are looking for an engaging and passionate communicator, someone who values building strong relationships with people and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a part-time position working 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) reporting into the HR Director


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with all hiring managers and the HR team to build a hiring strategy and plan
  • Manage external recruitment agencies when required
  • Create and develop job descriptions alongside key competencies required to help grow and develop our team
  • Manage all recruitment related policies and processes, internally & externally

THE ESSENTIALS

  • 4+ years full cycle recruiting experience is required ideally within the media industry
  • A proven track record of successful hires in previous roles
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
