Description
The role will entail eliciting and documenting business requirements from the various business teams, including Portfolio Management, Implementation and Investment Management Support, as part of the Technology department.
In this business facing role, youshould be resourceful, energetic, and ready to hit the ground running. You'll need to work well in a team, but also be self-sufficient. You should be ready to share ideas and fresh perspectives.Key Responsibilities
- Elicit Aladdin business requirements and collaborate with both the business, BlackRock and the programme to deliver appropriate solutions
- Collaborate closely with BlackRock and the wider technology team on how to implement and test Aladdin workflow changes and enhancements
Experience
- Handson experience of implementing and testing Aladdin
- Knowledge of Asset Management Front Office business process and workflows including, but not limited to portfolio modelling, construction and implementation
- Discover, understand and define stakeholder and product owner needs via workshops, meetings and interview
- Indepth knowledge and experience of requirements gathering and documentation using a variety of approaches including business process flows, user story mapping, user stories and test scenario creation.
