About the role
Can you work in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive mindset? Do you thrive on delivering outstanding support to customers and colleagues? If so, the opportunity to join us as a Customer Service Representative in our Health & Medical Solutions Team may just be what you are looking for.
What you will do
In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders and invoices across our across our healthcare customer base and handling internal and external customer queries for our medical products such as Jobst and Leukomed.
Using your excellent communication skills, together with your ability to work with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally, you will need to build strong relationships and be able to work efficiently and accurately.
Who you are**We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills:
- Strong Customer Service experience (Working in a c ustomer contact or telephone sales environment would be advantageous)
- Exceptional communication skills, in particular excellent telephone manner
- Organisational skills
- Team player
- IT savvy
