*Learning Support Assistant - Harrow*A fantastic opportunity to join a primary school in Harrow as a Learning Support Assistant has become available. This is a fulltime position from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. You will be supporting a Year 1 class.

Previous experience within a school setting as a Learning Support Assistant is not essential but you will ideally have previous experience working with children in some capacity.

Graduates are encouraged and welcomed to apply

*The School: - This is a primary school catering to children aged 3 to 11 years

The school is set in a large campus, which hosts amazing facilities for pupils to benefit from.
The school provides children specialist teaching in PE and French, as well as excellent teaching in the full curriculum.
The School has developed a child centered approach where a love of learning focuses around curiosity, investigation and exploration.
OFSTED rated 'Good' school

*The Role: - Help the teacher with setting up and tidying up classrooms as a Learning Support Assistant

Provide a safe and healthy environment and follow safeguarding procedures as a Learning Support Assistant
Able to work 1:1 and in small group settings with pupils as a Learning Support Assistant
Supervise group activities, including outings and sports events as a Learning Support Assistant

*Requirements: - *Available to work Immediately & fulltime Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm*- Previous experience with children as a Learning Support Assistant is ideal but you must have experience with children in some capacity

You will have sensitivity and understanding for building good relationships with children as a Learning Support Assistant
Willing to be flexible and open to change when working on different activities as a Learning Support Assistant

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
