Pay rate £10.41.
Hours: 40hrs (Shift timings , ,
Shift Pattern:
x5 8.5-hour shifts.
Main Duties
To provide an efficient and effective service to our client, understanding their needs and requirements and working to exceed these where possible.
To take ownership and responsibility for all enquiries presented to the reception area. Identify customers' needs and utilising appropriate questioning and listening skills to identify and offer solutions.
To establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all colleagues to ensure a 'one team approach' to the delivery of the Customer Service standards and the business objectives.
To maintain the appearance of the Guest Services team at all times, including housekeeping standards of the front desk.To be professional and courteous at all times to Customers and the Client.
To answer telephone queries in a professional and clear manner.
To effectively manage meeting room bookings, producing refreshments where required.
To present themselves in a professional manner, be in the correct uniform at all times and adhere to the rules regarding personal appearance.
To adhere to the rules regarding absence and lateness.To support the Guest Services team in collating retailer Keyholder Information on a bi-monthly basis.
To be vigilant at all times and inform the Control Room of any suspicious activity.
To support with all Fire Emergency situations as per Control instructions.
To forward all Customer Complaints using the correct procedure to the Client, as per instruction.
To live the Trinity Leeds and Landsec Values and help to deliver our Vision.
To work in a safe manner in line with our Company Health and Safety policy and procedures.
To complete all training as required by the Company.
Complete corporate orders & the selling of the Trinity Gift card.
To manage Trinity Leeds lost property.
What we are looking for

Minimum of 2 years in retail or similar background
