Our portfolio of charity shops across Bucks and west Herts and a growing online business means Rennie Grove has a thriving Retail & Trading division where our customers and supporters are at the heart of everything we do

Our success relies on a talented retail team and volunteers who bring our values to life by helping people shop sustainably.

We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Retail Shop Assistant to join us in our shop in wycombe on a part-time permanent basis.

If you are passionate about sustainability, supporting your local community, raising funds for a good cause and providing a first class customer service experience then this is the job for you.

You will need to be flexible and be available to work both weekdays and weekends.


Are you ready to:


  • Drive shop sales, achieve KPI targets and fulfil all daytoday management duties.
  • Deliver commercial excellence and high standards of customer service.
  • Act as a role model and promote Rennie Grove key values and behaviours.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Lead the way with exceptional retail skills, product knowledge and commercial knowhow, your experience will be key.
