Mitie has a great opportunity for the senior supervisor
to join the Total Security Management Team, the security
Supervisor will be based at one of our prestigious sites at JLL Crown Point Leeds LS10 1ET.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 07:00 until 18:00.

Pay rate:

£10.63

Weekly contract:
55 Hours

Responsible:

JLL Facilities Manager, Mitie JLL Regional Account Manager

External relationships:

Contractors, Suppliers, Retailers, and Members of the public.

Internal relationships:

Site Core security officer, Relief Security Officers, Mitie Control Room.

Main Duties of the Role

Ensure all incidents are logged and directed effectively through to completion.
Effectively communicate business issues to the JLL Facilities Management team.
Maintain the standards of Crown Point for access/egress and contractor regulation.
Ensure standards of dress, safety and presentation are always maintained.
Complete timely and accurate reports on
all security activities presented to the JLL Facilities Manager.
Carry out Void Unit Inspections as well as complete Safety Checks.
Provide continued training and coaching to all Site security officer and relief staff to ensure consistent performance.
To be fully conversant with the methods of working of all equipment and to ensure that it is of a standard and quality commensurate with the contract's requirements.
Ensure that all site staff and relief staff have read and signed the Assignment Instructions and Risk Assessments.
Ensure that all contractual requirements are properly fulfilled and if there is an issue or concern it is reported to the JLL Facilities Manager.
Handle all daytoday enquiries which arise from whatever source in respect of the daily operation of the security of the centre and report to the JLL Facilities/Account Manager.
Excellent reportwriting and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
A positive attitude to dealing with people and taking on challenges.
Experience working within a Retail Environment is essential.
Strong Man Management Skills.

The Fulltime supervisor will need to be a team player with a committed attitude.
The Fulltime Supervisor should be able to work on his own initiative.
A flexible approach to work to suit business needs.
Ability to operate an online portal and use basic It equipment.
Understand the Health and Safety at Work Act, relevant Criminal, Civil Law and Police and Criminal Evidence Act.
