Description
We are looking to add an Operations Administrator to our team based at our Aberdeen location.

This is an entry level role and will be responsible for supporting the Import and Export team via administrative assistance.

Main duties;

  • General admin to support the import and export departments
  • Data Processing to complete and upload relevant documentation
  • Review and process documentation and ensure accuracy of completion

Applicants should demonstrate:

  • Strong data entry skills and high level of attention to detail
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and IT literate
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team or individually
  • Administration or Data Entry experience
