We currently have positions available for Supervisors, within the Production team. Working within the New Bowl Line Department

As part of the PDM team the Supervisor will report directly to the Factory Production Manager.

Primary Responsibilities will include:

To manage the day to day running of the factory both directly and through Line Leaders, Tipping Operatives and Machine Operatives.
To monitor the activities of the production area to maintain continuous production.
To manage and resolve day to day problems with the team.
Ensure that the targets set are met and regularly challenged and improved on
Delivering high standards of quality, ensuring product produced is to customer specification in line with site Food Safety and Health and Safety Policies through your team.
At startup ensure that all components are working and all guards are in place
All technical paperwork is completed correctly and on time and production information is recorded correctly.
Working with the Line Leaders and Machine Operators to achieve daily targets production and training them to a high standard.
Weekly Productivity Bonus Available

There will be different Teams working in this area:
Shift Patterns is 4 on 4 off Nights

9pm-9am Nights

Average 38.5hr week

Experience in FMCG business essential

Transport is essential due to our location
