    Pivotal Role in Quality and Food Safety Department

    We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Quality and Food Safety Department, driving success in a dynamic category. The ideal candidate will be part of a business that invests in employee development, fostering growth and progression.

    About the Position:

    • Conduct internal audits and manage external audits from regulatory bodies and clients.
    • Reduce quality failures, investigate complaints, and implement resolutions.
    • Oversee quality control processes across multiple manufacturing sites.
    • Implement and monitor food safety testing programs to ensure strict safety standards are met.
    • Develop and support QC teams and laboratory personnel in accordance with GMP, GLP, and HACCP standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.

    Requirements:

    A minimum of 60,000 - 80,000 per annum is available for this role, commensurate with experience. Essential qualifications include:

    • Experience in Food Manufacturing or Laboratory settings.
    • Proven track record in quality management within the food manufacturing sector.
    • Knowledge of BRCGS standards and auditing processes.
    • Expertise in food testing, quality control, and traceability systems.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
