Customer Support Executive - Manchester
Are you compassionate and strive for customer satisfaction?

We are looking for a friendly & organised individual to join our Customer Support Team in Manchester. Our Support Team is essential for us to provide the best service to our Restaurant Partners helping them succeed.

Requirements:


The Job:

Your day will focus on helping and assisting our restaurant partners: Talking to our customers, resolving their queries and assisting with admin-based tasks

  • Working on Admin tasks based on our restaurant partners such as menu changes, finance requests, discussing vacation days with Restaurant Partners directly, creating Facebook posts/advertisements, app/website troubleshooting & assisting with wider internal teams needs.
  • Building rapport & providing exceptional service at all times to our partners.
  • Solving any problems and striving for firsttime resolution.

Working Hours:


A working week of 4 days on and 3 days off, with shifts covering some weekend days over the 3 week period.

Shifts of 11-9pm, 12-10pm, 1-11pm

Overtime is also available for those who want it.

Our Customer Support team is available 11 am-11 pm so being flexible is a must.


What We Are Looking For In You:

  • Previous customer service experience would be an advantage, but not essential
