Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle inquiries, provide information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experienceResponsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via various face to face channels
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within the time limits
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problemsolving skills to handle customer complaints and find appropriate resolutions
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers

From £23,791.85 per year
