Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle inquiries, provide information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via various face to face channels
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within the time limits
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement

Requirements:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Problemsolving skills to handle customer complaints and find appropriate resolutions
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,791.85 per year
