We are seeking a Fryer to assist with catering for our busy restaurant and takeaway. The Fryer will be responsible for preparing and cooking various fried foods for both sides of our business.


Duties:

• Prepare and cook fried foods such haddock, chips, and onion rings
• Ensure that the fryer is clean and wellmaintained
• Assist with setting up for the day ahead and the shift clean down
• Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations

Skills:

• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
