We are seeking a Design and Implementation Specialist
Do you have a passion for the design, maintenance, and smooth operation of business systems and websites? If so, we would love to hear from you


Role Overview:


This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities centered around the design and upkeep of our websites and the various systems utilised within our business.

Your remit will involve managing daily system access for our teams, addressing requests, and ensuring all systems and websites are consistently performing at their peak.

Central to your role is guaranteeing the seamless operation of every system.

Working closely with our developers, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency. Your skills will be paramount during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - the crucial concluding phase of software development. Furthermore, you will extend essential support to our HR department.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Research, design, implement, and manage software programmes.

Test and appraise new software programmes.

Identify and develop modifications in existing programmes.

Draft and execute efficient code.

Ascertain operational feasibility.

Devise and oversee quality assurance procedures.

Implement software tools, processes, and metrics.

Maintain and upgrade current systems.

Conduct user training sessions.

Engage collaboratively with developers, UX designers, and business/systems analysts.

Keep websites up-to-date.

Supervise third-party contract deliveries.

Manage specific mailboxes for both internal and external information requests.

Address inbound calls to the office and be available for out-of-hours requests, attending to them when feasible.


Regulatory and Administrative Responsibilities:

Provide accurate HR reports upon request.

Store and regularly update all third-party contracts in a central location.

Maintain GDPR integrity across all communications and systems.

From £24,500.00 per year
