Description
We are currently looking for an experienced, hardworking, well-presented and highly motivated Hard Landscape Foreman with strong communication skills.Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in construction within the landscaping industry.
- Good working knowledge of building a variety of hard landscaping, including decking, paving, fencing, brick/ blockwork walls, water features, painting/ rendering, working with site levels etc.
- Full clean UK driving license.
- Ability to implement designs on site from construction plans and verbal directions in an efficient manner.
- Excellent attention to detail/ completing works to a high quality standard.
- Responsible for calculating and ordering materials for projects.
- An interest and ideally some knowledge of trees and general plants.
- Good English communication skills and confidence in liaising with clients.
- Confidence in leading and being part of a team on site.
- Punctual, reliable, hardworking, and fit.
- Have a valid UK work visa / permit.
- Must live at commuting distance to West London.

Salary:
£34,000 - £40,000 per year depending on skills and experience (approx. £ per week after tax)
Hours:
Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4pm including half hour lunch break.
