Qualifications:

Accepted Degree Subjects:
Bachelors/Masters Engineering/Manufacturing management/Polymers Science

Proactivate, positive and selfmotivated
Selfconfident with strong interpersonal skills
Creative, open minded and curious
Analytical/methodical approach to problem assessment and development of solutions.
Good organisational, written and oral communication
Agility geographically mobile
Team player and networker whilst the ability to work independently
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Manual skills and ability to follow instructions and processes
Well organised and have a structured approach to work and study

You will be working towards or recently achieved at least a 2.1 degree. As well as your qualifications, we look for relevant work experience. Applicants will be required to have the permanent legal entitlement to work in the UK. Successful applicants must have excellent English language skills (written and oral). An additional language is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities:

What will you be doing?

Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with daytoday operations
Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
Observing and learning from experienced team members
Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes
Traveling to different locations across the region and participating in daily operations as required

Projects

Shadowing Shift Manager to understand site operations and leadership qualities.
Engineering Team to gain an understanding of the processes and also to understand how different areas impact each other

Quality Team

Understand the testing capabilities and requirements of the customers

Commercial Team

Customer interaction
Delivering projects for the Management team
