Do you have a background in qualitative research? Is improving workplace culture and creating a supportive research environment important to you? Signature Recruitment have a brilliant opportunity to join our client, a prestigious London University as aResearch Culture Manager.
This is a full time, temporary position, with the benefit of mostly home-based, hybrid working.
You will be working with research leaders, academic and professional services across the University to identify and strengthen ongoing research culture activities and impacts.
You will be helping to develop the research culture strategy so will need to andmaintain a high level of knowledge of internal and external developments in research culture.
Being a confident communicator will help you to thrive within this position, to gather information and provide beneficial advice and leadership.

- Develop a University wide research culture survey
- Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders
- Coordinating and supporting the development of new initiatives
- Organising research culture events to support open dialogue
Research Culture ManagerKey Skills & Experience:
- Confident in relationship building
- Working with complex information
- PHD or research background
- Knowledge on academic research culture
