Capacity Fulfilment Coordinator


Location:
Gaydon, Warwickshire


Rate:
£28.20 ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £21.50 ph PAYE


Employment Type:
Contract (Initially to Likely extended / possible rolling contract)


Hours:
Standard 40 Hours Per Week


You will have the experience of delivering complex projects, knowledge of the automotove manufacturing process, able to demonstrate your ability to work with teams towards strict deadlines and targets and drive activityA challenging and exciting new opportunity has been created within the Supply Chain Material Fulfilment team, within the Industrial Operations Organisation.


You will play a key role within our Capacity Fulfilment team as the lead for coorindating and governing the Buyer's, Supplier Technical Assurance teams, supplier's and others to deliver studies and installed capacity uplifts for vehicles, engines and batteries driven technologies.


This involves issue identification, critical path timing plans ,analysis, and resolution, across various supply horizons, coordinating cross functional meetings working with key stakeholders /supplier partners internally and externally across the business (STA, Purchasing, R&FU, Suppliers) securing our plant ability to produce on time.


Responsibilities:


Skills Required:

Ensure supply risks are promptly identified, and analysed for all plants in UK and Europe
Drive mitigation actions for risks / problems identified, delivering capacity fulfilment signal confirming entitlement to build
Delivery of key performance indicators to achieve key scorecard metrics
Implement operational plans and ways of working for the team to run and implement
Run Supplier Business reviews
Drive Cross functional problem solving actions
Compiling and reporting of key data, and request for support
Undertake any other work as directed in connection with their job as may be requested
Coordinating stakeholder supplier partner meetings, reporting status, and escalating to unblock the issue

  • Knowledge of manaufacturing process + procurement practice
  • Either all or some knowledge experience in manufacturing, supplier management, procurement, product launchor project management

Salary:
£21.50-£28.20 per hour
