Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit Supply Teachers based in Chelmsford, and surrounding areas who are looking for short-term and day-to-day supply work.

A successful Supply Teacher will be able to teach lessons which enable students to make good progress by:

Ensuring high standards of teaching and learning whilst following the plans and instructions of the regular class teacher.
Having high expectations of all students so that they can achieve their academic potential.
Adopting high standards of behaviour in their professional role and setting a positive example
Having a good, up to date working knowledge and understanding of a range of teaching, learning and assessment strategies and know how to use them

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
