Location - AYR - must be able to travel to this location
**Salary: £21,424 rising to £22,945.52 on completion of probationary period.
Everest is a leader in the Home Improvements sector, and we have an exciting opportunity available for an Operations Planning Coordinator to join our Ayr team.
We operate a hybrid model or remote working from home.
As the Operations Planning Coordinator, you will be working to deliver amazing customer service and support in our Operations business area.
This is a full-time, permanent, position working on a flexible rota basis covering Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday one in six in line with the business needs.
Operations Planning Coordinator role involves**: - Scheduling and coordination of field staff appointments within our customer's homes
- Supporting customers at all stages of their home improvements, being their main point of contact, and keeping them updated on any appointments and the progress of their orders.
- Managing field staff diaries, booking appointments efficiently and effectively.
- Delivering exceptional standards of customer service consistent with our brand.
- Coordinating all internal and external resources to achieve successful completion by identifying challenges and suggesting solutions.
What we are looking for:
- Coordination, Scheduling, or Planning experience, which could have been gained from a range of different sectors including hospitality, retail, utilities, construction or similar.
- Someone who always puts the customer first.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team player who also can use their initiative and manage their own workload.
- Effectively work under pressure and achieve results.
- Be a problem solver, taking quick and effective decisions.
- Great multitasking ability, to manage multiple diaries and meet customer needs.
- Proven ability to work effectively towards set targets showcasing their commitment to achieving and exceeding performance goals.
