Eastbourne

Rolling ongoing contract £16 to £20 per hour DOE

Monday to Friday (Early finish on Friday)

Facilities Maintenance Coordinator sought for a highly successful international manufacturer producing specialist equipment for the global manufacturing industry.

The role of Facilities Maintenance Coordinator will be suited to those with significant facilities maintenance co-ordination experience with extensive IT knowledge, any previous experience within a manufacturing environment will be advantageous although all transferable backgrounds will be considered.


Based at the Eastbourne manufacturing facility, you will work in support of the Facilities Manager and in conjunction with the Maintenance Technician and Office Manager.

The core function of the role will be systems lead, you will be critical in the up keeping of information on internal systems relating to assets and locations, cleansing databases of old jobs, keeping work orders updated.

You will also be expected to support the facilities manager with role out of the new internal system alongside undertaking any other tasks as required to support the FM Function.

The FM Co-ordinator:

  • Work in support of the Facilities Manager
  • Full coordination of site maintenance activities for facilities, services and amenities
  • Collaboration with the office manager and maintenance technician in ensuring all required activities are carried out in accordance to the agreed schedule in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Use of MS Planet FM to schedule and track all onsite activity.
  • Work within strict H&S guidelines

The Person:

  • Must have significant proven experience of full coordination of facilities maintenance planning/management, preferably within a manufacturing setting, although all transferable backgrounds will be considered.
  • Demonstrate understanding of end to end workflow processes
  • Excellent and confident communicator at all levels is essential for this role.

Salary:
£16.00-£20.00 per hour
