We are a highly motivated team in our busy farm shop who enjoy providing the highest levels of customer service and are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our team.

This is a customer facing role so you will need to be confident, presentable and have a can-do attitude.


Duties will include:

• Handling raw meat including the preparation of sausages/burgers/koftas etc. Assisting the Butchery Manager to fill the counters in the morning and restock them throughout the day
• Greeting and serving customers
• Unpacking and displaying incoming orders ( This will include the fresh bread delivery every morning)
• Open and close of the farm shop
• Maintain a fully stocked store
• Maintain paper work
• Ensuring the farm shop is clean and tidy at all times
• Must be able to lift a 25kg bag of potatoes
• Driving company vehicle to pick up meat and veg on some occasions

Working Days are flexible but the shop is open Thursday to Sunday and our prep day is Tuesday. Looking for someone to cover 1 to 5 days a week Including weekend work.

Working Hours - Tuesday 07:30 - 16:00, Thursday - Saturday 07:30 - 17:00 Sunday 9am - 2pm. These hours can be flexible.


Requirements:

• Some butchery knowledge but training can be given
• Basic Till knowledge
• Work Experience in Retail
• Customer Service Focus
• Friendly, Helpful, confident and an engaging personality
• A drivers license

Job Types:

Salary:
£7.00-£10.00 per hour
