My Client currently have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Supervisor to join the Facilities Management team based in Richmond

As a Contract Supervisor you will be taking care of a team within the Ground Maintenance Industry.


This role comes with a shared company vehicle, which is kept on site and therefore a full UK Driving Licence is required.

As a Contract Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • You will be preparring for & schedule works, attend meetings & liaise with the Client
- be responsible for the implementing HR, Health & Safety & other internal & external compliance procedures & practices (These including carrying out inductions, disciplinary investigations & compiling/submitting reports.)
- manage the teams effectively so as to ensure maintenance is carried out efficiently & in accordance with the output specifications
- lead the team members in delivering agreed improvements in development.& management plans, seasonal work programmes, ensuring all activities are undertaken in full accordance with prevailing Health & Safety guidelines

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Ground Maintenance Team Leader/Supervisor.
  • NVQ Horticulture Level 2/3 OR at least 3 years Ground Maintenance experience.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • IT Literacy essential.
