Retail/Customer Service experience with a passion for working in a small team?

Do you like supporting customers with product enquiries, managing the customer order process from start to finish and work closely with the production team to ensure a smooth experience for customers?

If the answers is yes, then we have an opportunity for you

My client is looking for a
Customer Service Administrator who has a passion for supporting customers. You must have a can-do attitude, happy to pick up the phone and process orders from start to finish.

**Basic duties:
- **Processing sales orders

Manage customer queries

Produce quotes
Work closely with the sales and production team
All general admin duties

**Salary:
- £22,000- £24,000*

Monday to Thursday 8.30am
17.00pm
Office based
