This is a fantastic opportunity to join NorthWest's London leading Block Management company as a Head of Block management division.

This would be the perfect career step for someone who has extensive experience in block management, has managed a team and has achieved the MIRPM (MTPI) qualification.

We are managing close to 2000 units and our goal is to double that in the next twelve months. We are independent and have a team of 4 Property Managers and 2 Client Accounts.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to leave their own mark and be responsible for making the brand one of the leading brands across London.

Key Duties:

• Review the productivity and performance of the department, ensuring KPIs and customer service is delivered
• Work with the CEO to review and implement policies, KPIs and standards to ensure the efficient operation of the division
• Handle and resolve escalated problems/complaints in line with the relevant management agreement, procedure or policy
• Generate new business and ensure retention of existing customers
• Assess and create new revenue streams across the business
• Extensive previous residential property (block) management experience
• MIRPM qualified (now MTPI)
• Proven track record in a senior/team management role
• Passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating procedure and culture to deliver on it
• Passionate about upskilling and knowledge sharing
• Strong team building background who values open collaboration across departments
• Proven senior level dispute resolution and problem solving skills

Pay:
£28,086.03-£51,851.78 per year
