This is a fantastic opportunity as a Contact Centre Agent to join the UKs leading leisure and outdoors pursuits brand who are driven in delivering an excellent service to all members.


As part of the Membership Services team, you will have a in depth knowledge of the brands products to ensure you are giving accurate and helpful advice to all inbound enquiries made by telephone or online.


Multiple Positions Available - Be part of an Excellent Brand - Team Training

Responsibilities for the Contact Centre Agent:

  • Engage all members and non-members in the services the brand offers, including travel and insurance and also have confidence when talking about special offers
  • Develop product knowledge through training and confidently discuss these with members
  • Build relationships with members through high level customer service and give strategic advice to potential new members and be passionate about why I is amazing to be a member at this brand.

Key experience required for the Contact Centre Agent:

  • Excellent telephone manor and experience working in a busy call/ contact centre environment
  • Good verbal and written communication and be adaptable to the person with the enquiry
  • Demonstrate empathy when dealing sensitive situations over the phone and be able to resolve issues
  • An interest in travel and tourism is preferred
