HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Job Title:
Head of Operations


Salary:
£42,000 - £45,000 _(dependant on experience)_


Reports to:
Managing Director


Location:
Office based in Bristol. However, national travel across England and Wales will be required to visit our properties and remote workers.


Contract Type:
Permanent. Full Time.


Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday

Chrysalis Supported Association is a growing non-profit organisation that helps some of the most vulnerable people in society


We provide:
Ø specialist housing to vulnerable adults with learning difficulties and/or mental health problems across the UK.

Ø housing and support to people seeking recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.

Ø specialist support for survivors of domestic violence through our subsidiary Opoka.


This is an exciting opportunity to join Chrysalis Supported Association as a key member of our senior team, ensuring that the housing, maintenance and finance departments are supported and developed whilst operating in accordance with organisational values.


The Head of Operations will develop and support the heads of each department, actively seeking ways to improve and enhance services and report to the Managing Director and Board of Trustees on a number of KPI's.


This role is ideal for someone looking to take that next step towards an executive level role in housing, within a niche sector.

This role provides regulated activities under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Therefore post holders are required to undertake and enhanced DBS check.
