Description

Rap Industries/ Go Displays is a well established business in Peterborough and specialise in the supply of office partitioning, exhibition and display equipment.

We are looking to recruit an additional Production Operative to join our friendly team. You must have warehouse experience and be motivated to hit and exceed targets.


Role:

• Operating production machinery to produce raw components for finished products.
• Working within their production team to create high quality display equipment and office partitions
• Ability to work in an efficient manner to ensure tight deadlines are met, with no adverse effect to the quality of the product
• After training, have the ability to work in various departments from Print, Sub Assembly & Engineering.
• Capability to listen to instructions and carry out tasks in an efficient manner
• Assisting in all areas of production as operational requirements demand
• Communicating and liaising with fellow workers and Production Team Leader.
• Maintaining a safe working environment

Skills Required:

• You will be a Production Operative with a wealth of experience in a similar role
• Attention to detail, delivering a consistent high calibre of work
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English proficiently
• Good numerate skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills crucially important
• Ability to communicate with superiors and reporting relevant matters
• Ability to adhere to all safety guidelines regarding production and handling of materials
• Flexible to work within all areas of our production team
• Ability to work on own initiative

Hours of Work: 7.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
