Are you looking for a FTC hybrid Customer Service Advisor Role over the Christmas and New Year period?

We are looking to for people to join our amazing Customer Service Team based in Datchet (SL3 9LL) from December into January 2024.

40 hours per week varied 7-day shift pattern - £22,540
+ T1.5 for hours worked after midnight.

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:


  • To work as part of a team delivering a first class, multichannelled professional service to support and delight our client's customers.
  • Responsible for skilfully retaining customers through positive customer relationship building.
  • Take ownership of customers' concerns and act as a primary contact, providing name to help build confidence.
  • Act as intermediary between customer and appropriate departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Advisor Hours of Work:40 hours per week over 5 days - Pre advised shift patterns between the hours of 8am - 2am Monday-Saturday & 9am - 7pm on occasional Sundays


Working Locations as follows:

  • Weekend shifts Work from home (WFH)
  • Weekday 8am5pm 23 times a week office based other days WFH
  • Weekday 9am6pm 23 times a week office based other days WFH
  • Weekday 11am8pm 23 times a week office based other days WFH
  • Weekday 129pm Work from home


  • Weekday 3pm

  • Midnight Work from home
  • Weekday 5pm 2am Work from home

Customer Service Advisor Requirements:


  • Full availability Monday-Friday for the first 4 weeks for training.
  • Flexible and able to work all shifts as required including BH's.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience of Web Chat and Social Media channels and interactions desirable.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers who expect a premium level of personalized service.
  • Ability to work in a high volume, high pressure, deadlineoriented environment.
