Teaching Personnel are the country's biggest education agency, and we need you in Central London


Due to the extremely high volume of Teaching work we are having as schools struggle with absences, we are looking for final year students, ECTs and Experienced Teachers to join our flexible workforce.

Our ideal Teacher or teaching assistant will be:

  • An enthusiastic and resourceful individual
  • Able to teach EYFS/KS1/KS
  • Committed to raising standards and attainment through high quality teaching
  • Resourceful, planning exciting and engaging lessons
  • Knowledgeable about current assessments across Key Stages
  • Knowledge of SATs and phonics schemes would be beneficial but not essential

In turn, Teaching Personnel can offer you:

  • 20 years experience within Educational Recruitment working in partnership with a large number of Primary, Secondary and SEN Schools
  • A dedicated, specialist consultant to support you
  • Full or part time work to fit around your existing commitments


Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a variety of leading, nationally recognised CPD providers, such as National Association of SEN, National Autistic Society, Ruth Miskin, Team Teach, Educare and Creative Education.


These partners deliver an extensive range of career developing opportunities to you, covering areas such as; Accredited Team Teach, Understanding and Supporting Children and Adults on the Autism Spectrum, An Introduction to Special Educational Needs andDisability and many more.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
