Engineering Services
An Engineering Services company are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their fast paced, head office team based in Worcester.
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for proving excellent customer service by answering enquiries, resolving customer enquiries, scheduling service appointments and processing call out requests.
As a Customer Service Coordinator your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of.- Schedule service appointments and ensure engineers are dispatched promptly by managing engineer diaries.
- Processing customers call out requests.
- Ordering engineer parts and raising van stock replenishment orders.
- Prepare and send service and repair quotations to clients when a firsttime fix is not available.
- Raising site and permit requests by ensuring the relevant RAMS are submitted to enable access.
- Experience working within a fastpaced call centre environment.
- Microsoft Office package competent.
- Excellent telephone manor.
- Ability to prioritize and manage own workload on a daytoday basis.
- Not hesitant and confident when dealing with complaints and escalated calls.
- Administration and Order Processing experience.
