    About Our Client

    A new and used car dealership based in Surrey.

    • Action payments for used cars when purchased.
    • Add/remove vehicles from VW Bank when bought/sold.
    • Assist Sales team in preparing vehicles - Requesting work to be done, checking MOT expiry dates.
    • Keep correct & accurate records for audit purposes.
    • Assist in regular audits from brand & bank when required.
    • 'End of Month' reports for Accounts team.

    The Successful Applicant

    • IT Literate - Good MS Office competency.
    • Full & clean driving licence
    • Previous experience with Pinnacle advantageous.
    • Previous experience within a fast-paced, Sales environment.

    Job Summary:

    This role involves supporting the sales team at our Surrey-based dealership. Key responsibilities include processing payments, managing vehicle inventory, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, a full driving license, and previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
