YPrime's Data Management team is looking for a Data Management Agent. You'll be based in our
Sandwich, England office.

  • Bachelors degree in related field preferred
  • Database querying experience preferred

_Here are some more details about the job:_

  • You'll efficiently and accurately enter and validate Paper Entry Assessments within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • You'll resolve simple Data Clarification Forms (DCF) requests and communicate resolution back to system user within agreed SLAs
  • You'll escalate system DCF issues to appropriate team members when necessary for resolution
  • You'll provide input on current support processes and suggest improvements
  • You'll operate in compliance of all YPrime SOP's and WIs
  • You'll maintain a fastidious attention to detail while being aware of any downstream implications of data changes, consulting others where necessary
  • You'll work collaboratively with other Customer Experience and Data Science Departments to assist in delivering resolutions to the customer end user
  • You'll perform other duties as required
