Due to growth & continued investment Thomas Plant Hire Ltd have an opportunity within our Sandford, Whitchurch Depot for a Plant Yard General Operative to join our team.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family owned & run company that has successfully grown nationwide and continues to grow rapidly.

Established in 2000, Thomas Plant Hire provide market leading equipment and professional advice for our customers.

Your Role

  • Working and reporting to the Yard Foreman
  • Preparing equipment for customers
  • Washing and cleaning of plant and machinery
  • Fuelling Machinery
  • Meeting & Greeting Wagon drivers and Customers
  • General yard duties
  • Booking Plant Equipment in/out using Mobile App
