Work for an international company as a Customer Service Representative
(French speaking) within the manufacturing and production industry.
Key responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative (French speaking)
- Be a single point of contact for national and international customers, cocoordinating between the customer and company
- Process and tracking orders, keeping customers updated
- Be proactive with customer opportunities through a developed sales approach, providing quotations, following up and upselling
- Keep accurate customer records
The Successful Applicant:

- Good Interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn
- Ideally customer focused experience, from a logistics background

- £32,000 - £32,000 salary
