We are currently recruiting a
Service Information Products Officer to join the service information team, where you will have responsibility for the design, development and the provision of comprehensive, accurate and timely customer facing service information products both printed and electronic.

The role will include implementing new service information products in line with and that complement existing technology and information systems for our customers.

You will have previous experience in the compilation and production of customer facing literature, along with experience of using Adobe Creative Suite.

You will have a high attention to detail with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, presenting information in a creative, attractive and usable formats.

The role also requires you to have strong analytical, interpretation and reporting skills, as well as prioritising own workload and working to tight and often changing deadlines;
