Description

This role is an opportunity to manage and shape the development of a global law firm's current mobility programme, bringing new and innovative ideas and suggestions to the table.

The Global Mobility Consutlant will be responsible for supporting global and domestic assignments, international transfers and global transfers processes

The key duties will include:

Strategic review of the current ways of working including a technology review
Review of current mobility packages and benefits
Provide cost benefits analysis on suggested changes
Write and implement new policies
Redraft all policies and contract letters.
Build relationships and credibility with key partners and HRLT

The Global Mobility Consutlant will have experience in working within a Global Mobility function and/or Immigration within a professional services environment.

You will be highly organised, detail oriented and culturally aware. A strong knowledge of global mobility, immigration and tax issues across other countries will be essential.

You will also need strong stakeholder management experience and be able to build long lasting relationships with the wider HR team.
