Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Divorce & Finance Team.
Assist with drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court forms.
Manage and organize electronic and paper files accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and court hearings for team members.
Liaise effectively with clients, solicitors, and external parties.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Contribute to the smooth operation of the team and firm as a whole.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a legal secretary, preferably in family law.
Strong understanding of divorce and finance procedures and terminology.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal
