Salary circa £30,000 plus potential bonus and additional benefits
**Days based position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday

Position Summary


We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented, driven individual to join our Cereal Partners Factory in Staverton as an Operations Administrator, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

This is a key role for the factory; you will be responsible for running reports and analysing data, looking to ensure accuracy and drive improvement activities.

A day in the life of an Operations Administrator


As an Operations Administrator you will be responsible for administration management within the Operations team, to ensure data accuracy across multiple digitalised systems.

You will support the drive for Manufacturing Excellence through provision of accurate and timely data reporting.

In this role you'll also take on responsibility for organising an optimum labour plan for the factory along with training new users / new starters in the systems.


Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Providing data and systems support service to Production and System Performance Managers.
  • Maintaining end user GLOBE transactional knowledge (Inc. external solutions e.g. DMO, MII).
  • Provide accurate and up to date information ensuring the achievement of the factory KPIs whilst ensuring compliance.
  • Execute the appropriate daily / weekly health checks to maintain system health
  • Investigation and rectification of data and system errors.
  • Creation of standards to ensure system compliance as per company guidelines.
  • Training & Coaching system end users.

What will make you successful?


To be considered for this role you will have a background in data analysis and a desire to continuously improve processes.


Other key attributes include:

  • Excellent general administration skills and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office, primarily Excel and Power Point and Word.
  • An ability to coach and develop others using data.
  • A proven ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Experience in a production manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
  • Experience in labour planning advantageous but not essential.
  • TPM or Lean Manufacturing experience is desirable.
  • Proven experience in use of digital database programs, such as SAP is desirable.
