Clade is the leading brand for natural refrigerant heat pumps in the UK and is growing rapidly across home and export markets.

We are seeking a Sales Co-ordinator who can grow with us and shares our ethos of a fast moving, ethical business.

This is a key role in a growing Clade team, it's an exciting position in a leading sustainability business with a great brand.

The role involves proactively supporting the sales team and is a great opportunity for a self-motivated and ambitious individual.

We are 100% up for part time and flexible working, you will be required to bring a hard-working, focused attitude.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Be the first point of contact managing incoming sales enquires either responding directly to customers or gathering specifics to pass to a team member.
  • Be the oracle of our CRM system ensuring it is kept up to date and creating/ensuring the reporting function is fit for purpose.
  • Be the point of contact internally liaising with our internal manufacturing, delivery, after care and finance team.
  • Creating and reviewing sales reports in line with KPI's.
  • Managing and updating sales presentation materials.
  • Preparing quotes, responding to tenders and managing requests for information for potential customers and processing order requests including purchase orders.
  • Keeping customers updated with relevant product information.

The role requires knowledge and experience of:

  • Experience in a similar customer facing role.
  • Ability to work on own initiative while seeking appropriate input.
  • Organised and efficient.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to express judgement on creative work.
  • Good written and spoken communication, with good presentation skills.
  • Able to work as a member of a team and collaborate across organisational boundaries.
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines while managing a wide range of concurrent activities.
